As part of our HSLA we were out into groups of three to arrange a sporting or physical session of our own which wasn't already going on at the college to then run at a certain period in the day. I was put into a group with jazmin and Alice and after thinking of a few ideas we decided on yoga. This was a great choice as not is it relaxing for the body it also allows you release your mind of any stress you may have due to coursework exams or anything else. Each week we have a pretty good turnout where the people who have turned have said they enjoyed it and was a nice change to other activities that go on in the college.
